Whilst Silures is firmly rooted in Wales, benefiting from the abundance of local produce available, the all-day dining menu is inspired by the broadness of Modern Europe.
The A La Carte menu is available Wednesday-Saturday, with our signature Roast showcasing on Sundays. The bar & garden are bustling and non-stop spaces, open to all and featuring a range of crafted cocktails, premium wines and bespoke bar snacks.
Every Friday-Saturday from 12-3pm, we serve a decadent Afternoon Tea featuring a selection of sandwiches, savoury treats, fancies and both plain and raisin scones. Priced at £35 per person, the traditional Afternoon Tea includes the full stand as well as a choice of teas by Waterloo to select from. Upgrade to non-alcoholic sparkling or Champagne Afternoon Tea for £40 or £45 respectively; you must notify us of any dietary requirements within 24-hours in advance.

We do not charge for room hire or set a minimum spend. Our menu pricing for seated events starts at £45.
